In the south Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, there is a super spicy dish which is made with chicken - called Andhra Chilli Chicken. We bring you the vegetarian version of this super spicy dish using paneer instead of chicken! The flavours come from green chillies(lots of them) and fresh coriander.
Accompanied with Coconut Rice.
A wildly popular south-indian rice dish - It is not readily available in restaurants outside India (barring a few). Basmati rice flavoured with fresh Coconut and tempered south-indian style (Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, Fenugreek seeds).
Andhra Style Chilli Paneer with Coconut Rice
Ingredients (Andhra Chilli Paneer):
Paneer Cheese, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Coriander, asafoetida, assorted spice mix.
Ingredients (Coconut Rice)
Basmati Rice, Grated Coconut, Cumin Seeds, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Lemon and lime juice, Curry Leaves, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Urad Lentils, Coriander, green chillies, Cashews, turmeric.

Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
