This one uses fresh aubergines which are cooked in a semi dry gravy of ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fresh tomatoes, and infused with mild chilli powder flavour - giving it a nice red colour. To finish with the dish has fresh coriander mixed at the end, with our aromatic garam masala!

Aubergine, Potato & Peas with Oats Khichdi
Ingredients (Aubergine, Potato and Peas):
Aubergines, Potatoes, Peas, Cumin Seeds, Tomatoes, Coriander Seeds, Fresh Coriander, Salt, lemon juice, jaggery. Ginger, Green Chillies, Red Chillies, Garam Masala Mix.
Ingredients (Vegetable Khichdi)
Oats, Cumin Seeds, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Lime juice, Turmeric, Peanuts, Mild Red Chillies, ginger, garlic, onions, Asafoetida, assorted spice mix.

Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
