A classic paneer (Indian Cheese) made famous at the roadside dhabas across India. Dhabas are basically road side restuarants found on the highways and motorways across India. They use locally available ingredients from the nearby farms and fields and cook a select number of dishes - but with amazing flavours and a rustic earthy feel to the dishes.
Here's our attempt to bring to you a classic paneer dish cooked in an onion/tomato masala and finished with our secret spice mix, that we create only for this dish! - A clue - this spice mix has mild flavours of black pepper along with other aromatic spices!
Accompanied with Jeera

Dhaba Style Paneer with Jeera Rice

To reduce our carbon foot-print and optimise deliveries, our delivery drivers will only deliver once a day covering the regions between Coppet and Tolochenaz/Morges, in the order that is most practical.
Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
