A staple dish from our home state of Gujarat, this is usually eaten during the winter months! It is originally called "Ghuto" - which means mashed vegetables and lentils. Seasonal Vegetables and lentils are slow cooked and roughly mashed, with fresh flavours of ginger, garlic, green chillies, and our special garam masala mix! Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
