Flavours from South India! One of the most popular south indian dishes, available through out India. This is a legendary dish, with Vadas - ground lentil dumplings flavoured with green chillies, ginger and coconut, deep fried and eaten with Sambar (South Indian Lentil dish - similar to a daal, but with added vegetables) and Coconut Chutney!

 

How to eat it:

Put Idlis in a bowl, pour the sambar daal. Heat! Just before eating put the coconut chutney on top and enjoy!

    Lentils, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Sunflower Oil, Salt,  Curry leaves, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, urad lentils, lime juice, asafoetida, sambar masala, mixed vegetables.

    Ingredients (Medu Vada) - 3 x Vada

    Urad lentils, Salt, sunflower oil, Ginger, Green Chillies, soda bi carbonate, Coconut

    Ingredients (Coconut Chutney) - approx 60 ml.

    Fresh Coconut, Green Chillies, Urad Lentils, Salt, Red Chillies, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, sunflower oil, salt, Tamarind, Garlic, Ginger.

    Quantity: approx. 240ml - 250ml

    Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
