Another classic from the streets of Mumbai and the state of Maharashtra, India - a legendary dish that is popular as a street food all across India.
This one has mixed lentils cooked in a flavourful gravy, which is topped up with crispy fried snacks, and is then eaten with soft freshly baked bread - called "Pav". The combination of these two completes a super yummy dish!
