Another all time favourite street food from bomaby - Ragda Pattice.


Ragda = A tangy curry made of white chick peas, flavoured with our sweet tamarind and coriander chutneys.


Pattice = Shallow fried potato cutlets.


The dish = Warm both the pattice and ragda curry. Pour the curry over the pattice, top up with the crunchy "Sev" titbits, red onions and you are ready to eat!


Ragda Pattice

  • Ingredients (Potato Pattice)

    Boiled potatoes, Ginger,  salt, lemon juice, green chillies, turmeric, asafoetida, mustard seeds, coriander.

    Ingredients (Indian Pav Bread)

    Wheat flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, water, sugar.

    Ingredients (Kachumber Salad)

    Carrots, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, mild green chillies, radish, salad greens, chat masala spice mix, salt, lemon juice.

    Quantity: 1 Vada Pav burger, approx 200 ml salad, and approx 30 ml chutney.

    Produced in Nyon.

    Store refrigerated below 4C.

    Best before: 1 day from day of purcharse, ideally consume on day of purchase

  • To reduce our carbon foot-print and optimise deliveries, our delivery drivers will only deliver once a day covering the regions between Coppet and Tolochenaz/Morges, in the order that is most practical.

    Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
