A staple dish from our home state of Gujarat - This stir fry dish is called "Sambharo" in the local language. While this is traditionally made with Cabbage, over here, we have used locally grown pak choi. It is stir fried with Carrots with a tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves with a dash of dry coconut.
Paired with Jeera Rice.
