Assorted Bhajias - vegetables dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried! The classic India street food snack! It is accompanied by our chutney dip of the day - either sweet tamarind chutney or coriander/yoghurt chutney. We will give the chutney of the day as an accompaniment to the starter.
This starter pack can be ordered for 4, 8 or 12 people.
Party Bhajia (Starter) Platter
Ingredients (Bhajia)
Mixed Vegetables, Chickpea flour, garlic, Ginger, salt, lemon juice, green chillies, turmeric, asafoetida, mustard seeds, coriander, garam masala spice mix, green chillies, fennel seeds, onions, mint, red chilli powder, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, sunflower oil.
Ingredients (Chutneys)
Chutneys will depend on the chutney of the day - i.e. We will give the chutney prepared for that particular day. The chutneys will contain:
Sweet Tamarind: Tamarind, Jaggery, Assorted spices, ginger powder, black salt, sugar, salt
Coriander Chutney: Coriander, Ginger, Green chilli, yoghurt, salt, sugar, mint.

To reduce our carbon foot-print and optimise deliveries, our delivery drivers will only deliver once a day covering the regions between Coppet and Tolochenaz/Morges, in the order that is most practical.
Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
