Perfect spice - A kick from the red chillies, balanced by slight sweetness of dessicated coconut, and fresh leafy taste of shredded cabbage!
Perfect accompaniment on its own, in a salad, on a toast, on a savoury biscuit/crisp - the uses are endless. The result is the same - a tantalising zing to rev up your favourite dish!
We invented this one by pure coincidence - One fine morning in a moment of inspiration & lack of pickles and chutneys in our kitchen - we turned to the only ingredients we had - some cabbage, red chillies, bit of garlic, and shredded coconut. Rest is history!
Chilli/Coconut/Garlic Chutney
Ingredients
Shredded cabbage, dessicated coconut, red chilli, garlic, salt, lime juice, vinegar.
Just simple ingredients thats all!
Enjoy as a side pickle, put on a crisp/biscuit, toss in a salad, apply in a wrap - enjoy as you please.

To reduce our carbon foot-print and optimise deliveries, our delivery drivers will only deliver once a day covering the regions between Coppet and Tolochenaz/Morges, in the order that is most practical.
Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
