A street food dish you would not easily find outside India! Our famous vegetable samosas stuffed betweenhome made "pav" buns and served as a burger.
How to eat this dish:
Apply our green coriander chutney, Sweet Tamarind chutney and dry chilli garlic chutney to the buns, place the Samosa between the buns and enjoy!
Paired with Kachumber salad!
Samosa Pav Burger with Kachumber Salad
Ingredients (Samosa Burger)
Boiled potatoes, Peas, Mixed Vegetables, Ginger, salt, lemon juice, green chillies, turmeric, asafoetida, mustard seeds, coriander, garam masala spice mix, green chillies, fennel seeds, onions, mint
Ingredients (Indian Pav Bread)
Wheat flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, water, sugar.
Ingredients (Kachumber Salad)
Carrots, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, mild green chillies, radish, salad greens, chat masala spice mix, salt, lemon juice.
Quantity: 1 Samosa burger, approx 200 ml salad, and approx 30 ml chutneys.

Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
