A street food classic which utilises the "Tawa" method of cooking. Tawa means a flat iron pan which is slightly curved at the edges. This results in high heat cooking where the gravy sticks to the ingredients.
This dish uses a combination of paneer cubes and tomato gravy with fresh flavours of ginger, green chillies and coriander. Paired with our soft bread, this is indeed a heavenly combination.
Tawa Paneer and Pav Bread
Ingredients (Tawa Paneer)
Paneer, Coriander powder, Carrom Seeds, Ginger, salt, lemon juice, green chillies, turmeric, asafoetida, coriander, garam masala mix, peppers (white and black), Onions, Tomatoes.
Ingredients (Indian Pav Bread)
Wheat flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, water, sugar.
Ingredients (Kachumber Salad)
Carrots, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, mild green chillies, radish, salad greens, chat masala spice mix, salt, lemon juice.
Quantity: 1 Vada Pav burger, approx 200 ml salad, and approx 30 ml chutney.

Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
